There is a 24-hour notice cancellation policy on any class or coaching booked. Should you cancel your class or coaching after this window has closed, you will be charged the full amount. If you cancel within this window, you may reschedule your session without penalty.  All bookings are non-refundable and full payment is due at time of booking.

Digital Information can’t be “returned.” Dibons Ltd have a “No Refund” Policy for all digital download products purchased directly through us. Refunds will not be granted if you enter a free trial period and fail to cancel your subscription prior to the free trial end date. We request you make a note of the dates.

If you enter a free trial or subscription service with Dibons Ltd, it is the responsibility of the signee to log into their account and cancel their own free trial or subscription. Dibons Ltd accepts no responsibility for individual account management.
