The Zebra Club provides digital memberships, educational content, and community access delivered electronically. By purchasing a membership or digital product, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
Digital Services and Immediate Access
All Zebra Club memberships and digital products provide immediate access to digital content and services upon purchase. By completing your purchase, you expressly acknowledge and consent to:
- Immediate delivery of digital services, and
- Waiver of any statutory cooling-off or withdrawal rights that may otherwise apply once access to the service has begun, where permitted by applicable law.
Subscriptions (Monthly and Annual Memberships)
Membership subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
- You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not refund the current billing period.
- It is your responsibility to cancel before your renewal date to avoid being charged.
Lifetime Memberships and One-Time Purchases
All lifetime memberships and one-time digital purchases are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.
Refund Requests and Exceptional Circumstances
We aim to be fair and supportive. Refund requests submitted within 7 days of purchase may be reviewed at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.
Requests must be submitted to hello@thezebra.club and include:
- Account email address
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the request
Any approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Approval of discretionary refunds does not create an ongoing entitlement to refunds in future cases.
Technical Issues
If technical problems prevent access to the service, you must notify us promptly. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve access issues. Refunds will not be issued for temporary service interruptions once access is restored.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe a billing error has occurred, you agree to contact The Zebra Club support team before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank.
Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of your account. We reserve the right to provide evidence of account access, service delivery, and acceptance of this policy to payment providers when responding to disputes.
Compliance with Local Laws
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws. Where mandatory local laws provide refund rights, those rights will apply.
